The Cowley County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at 17698 271st Road, residence of Jacob Cole Nettrouer, 37. During the search, several items of stolen property were found along with marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Nettrouer was taken into custody and booked into the Cowley County Jail on the following alleged charges: theft of property, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, unlawful cultivation of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine. Nettrouer’s bond was set at $39,000.
