• James Lynne, of Winfield, was the victim of burglary in the 400 block of Stevens Street.

• John Brennan, of Winfield, was the victim of a hit-and-run motor-vehicle accident in the 1700 block of East Eighth Avenue.

• Jonathan Phouthavong, of Winfield, was arrested for domestic battery and criminal restraint in the 300 block of Minnesota Street.

• Justin West, of Winfield, was arrested for domestic battery and assault in the 400 block of College Street.

• Jackson Moree, of Winfield, was involved in a non-injury motor-vehicle accident in the 2500 block of Main Street when he struck a deer.
