The Arkansas City Police Department is seeking any leads about a burglary that apparently occurred Monday night at a veterinary clinic in east-central Arkansas City.

An Ark City police officer noticed damage at 11:01 p.m. Monday on the Ark Veterinary Clinic building, 907 E. Kansas Ave., according to an ACPD press release.

A check of the building revealed a burglary had taken place. Initial reports indicated that money and video recording equipment were stolen, the release states.

A silver SUV was seen in front of the building around 9:15 p.m., with all of the business lights illuminated inside.

The crime is still under investigation. Call the Arkansas City Police Department at (620) 441-4444 with any information regarding this crime.
