Winfield police have apprehended three juveniles suspected of burglarizing vehicles and are trying to return the recovered property to its rightful owners.
According to a press release from the Winfield Police Department, at around 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 6 officers responded to a call about three juveniles opening the door of a vehicle in the 14th Avenue and Andrews Street area.
