Friday, Sept. 27

• Driving while suspended, operating vehicle without interlock device, no proof of insurance, 1400 block of Millington Street. Heather Carwee, of El Dorado, was arrested.

• Non-injury accident, 2200 block of Pike Road. Pauline Wyatt and Geneva Bell, both of Winfield, were involved.

• Driving while revoked, 2200 block of Pike Road. Victor Gurnee, of Winfield, was arrested.

• Hit and run accident, Walmart Parking Lot. Helen McPherson, of Douglass, was the victim.

• Theft, 1900 block of Main Street. Frankie Deveso, of Winfield, was the victim. 

• Non-injury accident, Sixth Avenue and Menor Street. Orville White, of Wichita, and Maci Decoudres, of Winfield, were involved.

• Probation violation, 2100 block of Loomis Street. Roy Williamson, of Winfield, was arrested.

• Two warrants, 1700 block of Poplar Street. Chad Parker, of Winfield, was arrested.

 

Saturday, Sept. 28

• Assault, 200 block of East Seventh Avenue. Michelle Keeley, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Warrant, 100 block of West Seventh Avenue. Julie Schrader, of Arkansas City, was arrested.

• Warrant, 100 block of West Seventh Avenue. Jeffrey Yatsko, of Winfield, was arrested.

• Non-injury accident, 13th Avenue and Manning Street. Ricardo Parra, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Jordan Macias, of Arkansas City, were involved.

• Hit and run accident, 1300 block of Torrance Street. Brandi Walker, of Winfield, was the victim. Jacob Crabtree, of Winfield, was cited and arrested for failure to report and accident.

 

Sunday, Sept. 29

• Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage consumption of alcohol, 1700 block of Warren Avenue. Justice Manning and Ethan Benestante, both of Winfield, were arrested.

• Driving while suspended, 1500 block of Wheat Road. Nicole Kohn, of Arkansas City, was arrested.

• Injury accident, 200 block of Millington Street. Cayden Perkins, of Winfield, was involved when he struck a tree. Perkins was cited for unsafe speed for conditions.

• Theft, 2200 block of Pike Road. Walmart was the victim. Ronda Shippert and Rhonda Lowden, both of Wichita, were arrested in connection.

 

Monday, Sept. 30

• Theft, 900 block of Main Street. Jamie Ventle, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Theft, 300 block of Park Street. Payton Spenglor, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Possession of marijuana, 300 block of Stevens Street. Delaun Leflore, of Cedar Hill, Texas, and Jeremy Stewart, of Winfield, were cited and arrested.

• Theft, 2300 block of West Ninth Avenue. Schmidt and Sons was the victim.

• Burglary, 1700 block of Ames Avenue. Brett Rethmeier, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Theft, 100 block of North College Street. Taylor Bennett, of Winfield, was the victim.
