• Criminal use of a financial card, 1300 block of Main Street. Michelle Koller, of Winfield, Bing Brothers, Straight Talk Wireless, Casey’s General Store and Smoker’s Choice were the victims.

• Criminal use of a financial card and theft, 1300 block of Main Street. Ark Valley Credit Union was the victim.

• Burglary, 500 block of East Third Avenue. Gabriel Yonash, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Lewd and lascivious behavior, 1200 block of Menor Street. Jeffrey Franklin, of Winfield, was arrested. 

• Non-injury motor vehicle accident, 500 block of Main Street. Michael Lewis, of Arkansas City, and Sharmaine Elzinga, of Winfield, were involved.

• Deputies assisted Arkansas City EMS with an unresponsive patient.

• Burglary report, 6000 block of 312th Road.

• Traffic stop conducted in Udall. Anechia Lane was arrested on a Arkansas City Municipal Court warrant.

• Suspicious subject reported, 23000 block of 31st Road. A woman was located at a residence and transported to the Arkansas City hospital for medical clearance and evaluation by mental health.

Tuesday, June 11

• Agency assist to East 80th Avenue North, Sumner County, for a possible overdose.

• Physical disturbance, 9000 block of 142nd Road. Both subjects were separated on arrival. Report was generated.

• Cows out, near 11th Road and 22nd Road.
