• Hit and run accident, 200 block of West Eighth Avenue. Lakeisha Kemp, of Winfield, was involved.

• Non-injury accident, 900 block of Mound Street. Rebecca Todd and Cynthia McArthur, both of Winfield, were involved.

• Three warrants, 400 block of Harter Street. Casey Lawson, of Winfield, was arrested.

 

Friday, Sept. 13

• Domestic battery, 1300 block of Millington Street. Richards Irwin II, of Winfield, was arrested.

• Theft, 1200 block of Menor Street. Janet Goodman, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Hit and run accident, 1500 block of East Fourth Avenue. Cecilia Alvarez-Martinez, of Garden City, was the victim.

• Burglary, 3000 block of East Ninth Avenue. Robert Hedges, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Theft of services, 1100 block of West 14th Avenue. The Walnut Valley Association was the victim. Jacob Nettrouer, of Cambridge, was arrested for theft and possession of marijuana.

 

Saturday, Sept. 14 

• Theft, 300 block of East Seventh Avenue. Douglas Gleaves, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Possession of drug paraphernalia, 1200 block of World War II Memorial Drive. Lisa Rivera, of Wichita, was arrested.

• Disorderly conduct, theft, 600 block of Loomis Street. Jaime Hecker, of Winfield, was arrested. 

• Non-injury accident, 1500 block of East 13th Avenue. Louise Brown, of Winfield, and Kristi Johnson, of Littleton, Colo., were involved.

 

Sunday, Sept. 15 

• Non-injury accident, 100 block of West 14th Avenue. Cheri Howell, of Winfield, was involved when she struck a legally parked vehicle.

• One vehicle rollover accident, 10000 block of 292nd Road. Shawen Dinneen, 25, of Arkansas City, was traveling westbound in a gray 1978 Chevy truck. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled multiple times. It is suspected that alcohol may have contributed to the accident.
