• Theft, 3400 block of East Ninth Avenue. Bruce Burkhart, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Criminal damage to property, 200 block of Minnesota Street. Heather Madrigal, of Wichita, was the victim.

• Driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, 1800 block of Andrews Street. Casey Lawson, of Winfield, was arrested.
