Students return to campus

From left, Macy Catlin, Tank the Tiger and Autumn Nottingham take part in Cowley’s Dorm Storm activities.

Cowley College students moved into the dorms Aug. 15 (Central, Kirke Dale, Storbeck) and Aug. 16 (Docking, Kimmell, The Lodge).

The Cowley housing staff (professional and student staff) worked over the summer and in the week prior preparing for Dorm Storm.

“We worked hard to prepare a safe and efficient event,” director of student housing Lynlea Bartlett said. “For safety reasons we chose to spread the event out over the weekend. I think by doing so it created a sense of safety for everyone. I think I can speak for all the managers that it was a great feeling having everyone back on campus. It was like having a big family reunion. We are glad to have a little ounce of normalcy back. We look forward to getting to know our new residents and seeing our returning students.”
