Art Club raises more than $200

Students in Cowley College’s Art Club raised more than $200 during the 13th annual Art Club and Chili and Art sale Wednesday in the Earle N. Wright Community Room.

Individuals had an opportunity to purchase artwork made by members of the Art Club and eat the bonus bowl of homemade chili.

“Thanks to everyone who came to the event,” Mark Flickinger said. “We appreciate the support of the students and people at Cowley and we look forward to doing it again next year.”

The money raised will go toward the Art Club’s upcoming trip to Santa Fe, N.M.
