El Maguey’s new digs busy

At 5:30 p.m., the first Friday El Maguey was open in its new location on Quail Ridge Drive in Winfield, the place was booming, with the parking lot full, people filling the entry way waiting to be seated and diners enjoying their El Maguey favorites. The restaurant has been reconfigured with more dining rooms all on one floor, southwestern colors, honey-colored wood and Mexican decorations. One diner said she had already been at the restaurant Wednesday and was back with friends Friday night.
