Cheryl D. (Kelly) Voigtlander, 75, of Arkansas City, passed away at her home on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2020.
Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19 at the Paris Park Shelter, on the corner of West Fifth Avenue and South Sixth Street in Arkansas City. Food and drinks will be provided. Please follow all COVID-19 mandates, including social distancing and wearing of a mask. Private family burial will be held at a later date at Oak Hill Cementary in Carrollton, Mo.
Cremation has been effected by Baker Funeral Home of Wichita.
Cheryl was born in Carrollton, Mo. to Ernest C. Kelly Jr. and Billie J. (Lance) Kelly.
She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Ernest E. "Gene" Voigtlander, in 2018.
Cheryl is survived by her children (spouses), Don Voigtlander, Melody Vaden (Rex King) and Ernest “JR” Voigtlander (Vandy), all of Arkansas City, and Wesley Voigtlander, of Wichita; grandchildren, Michael Vaden (Echo), of Dexter, Wayne Vaden (Wanda), of Grainola, Okla., and Derek Voigtlander, of Arkansas City; great-grandchildren, Allyssa Vaden, of Arkansas City, Avery and Cecil Vaden, of Dexter, and Abigail and Emma Vaden, of Grainola, Okla; three brothers; four sisters; and numerous friends.
