Rosetta E. “Rosie” Faber, 62, of Arkansas City, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2020, at her residence.
Cremation has been effected. A celebration of life is at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1 at In His Image Outreach Church, 1000 N. Summit St., in Ark City.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made toward the funeral expenses. Contributions can be made through the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home and Crematory. Online condolences can be made at www.rindt-erdman.com.
Rosie was born April 22, 1958, to Kenneth J. Moss and Mary B. (Lyman) Beach, in Arkansas City. She grew up and attended schools in Arkansas City, graduating from Arkansas City High School in 1977. After high school, she earned her CNA and went to work for the Good Samaritan Village in Winfield. She later worked at Walmart for 10 years until her retirement.
Rosie loved shopping, playing games online and coloring, but most of all she cherished her family, especially her grandchildren.
Rosie was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Survivors include her two sons, Mike Moss and wife, Kim, and Jeff Faber, all of Arkansas City; brother, Ernie Basler and wife, Sandy, of Independence; and six grandchildren.
