Linda L. Simons, 71, of Arkansas City, passed away Friday, Feb. 14, 2020, at her residence.
Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Parker Cemetery.
Friends can greet the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Linda was born July 8, 1948, to Gerald Lee and Doris Mae (Scott) Turner, in Pittsburg. She grew up attending schools in Arcadia.
Linda married Robert Simons on June 1, 1985 in Severy. The couple made their home in Arkansas City.
Linda was a homemaker and housewife. She also worked various jobs, including waitressing for numerous restaurants and cashiering for APCO East for more than 15 years. She enjoyed fishing, quilting, sewing, cross stitching, classic movies, dominos and playing cards. Most of all, she cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Ronnie.
Survivors include her husband, Bob, of the home; children, Renee Wade and husband, Rick, of Arkansas City, Larry Trout and wife, Dari, of Winfield, Shelly Begeman, of Arkansas City, Laura Thurman, of Evanston, Wyo., and April Walker and husband, Clint, of Arkansas City; three sisters, Becky Wick, of Pittsburg, Stephanie Gray and husband, Tom, of Enid, Okla., and Rhonda Kennard and husband, Roger, of Wichita; grandchildren, Zachary, Trevor, Kyle, Raechal, Phillip, Jessica, Dalton and Brice; five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
