Jonathan Joseph Andrew Szymoniak, 17, of Arkansas City, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Cremation has been effected.
A celebration of life is at 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, at the First Church of the Nazarene in Arkansas City. Pastor Jack Dickson will officiate.

Jonathan was born April 6, 2002, to Natasha Marie Szymoniak, in Kissimmee, Fla. He was reared and educated in Arkansas City. Jonathan loved playing Fortnite, bike riding, fishing, dirt bikes and 4-wheelers, and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, William Al JaBaay, great-grandmother, Rita Szymoniak, and great-great-grandmother, Jennie Deinema.
Survivors include his mother, Natasha Szymoniak and husband, David Eagan; father, Reinaldo Cubillos and his family, of Miami, Fla.; sister, Nevaeh Richardson, stepbrothers, Chase and Corbin Eagan, fiancée, Maleah Archer, and son, Elijah Szymoniak, all of Arkansas City; grandmother, Nancy Szymoniak and husband, Al, of St. Cloud, Fla.; great-grandmother, Ida JaBaay, of Hudson, Fla.; uncle and aunt, Billy and Nikki Szymoniak, of St. Cloud, Fla.; and cousins, Treyton and Sadie Szymoniak, of St. Cloud, Fla.
