I read with interest the McCorgary letter which told about their problems with the trash tossing on the road.

Just wanted to tell you we are on the opposite side of the county with the same problem. All year long we pick up the beer cans, beer bottles, pop cans, along with styrofoam and other trash. In addition during the fall and winter the empty cattle feed sacks, round bale net wrap and bale twine off feed trucks that travel our road. Even imagining someone stopping to retrieve their runaway debris is a one-in-a-million wish. They simply don’t care. Another concern for all of us who drive is that there are more people who drink and drive than we are aware of.

How hard is it to carry a trash bag and stuff something in it when you are done with it. Take it to your own house and dispose of it.
