Saturday, Nov. 6

• Officers took a report of burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property in the 1300 block of South K Street.

• Christopher Lee Smith was arrested on burglary, two counts of theft, criminal damage to property, and theft of service in the 100 block of South Third Street.

• Donald Joe Bump Jr. was cited on vicious dog, dog at large, and no rabies vaccination in the 400 block of West Birch Avenue.

• Issa Ahmed Moder Nemr was arrested on battery, assault, three counts of disorderly conduct, and interference with a law enforcement officer in the 600 block of Patterson Parkway.

• Officers took a report of theft in the 600 block of Patterson Parkway.

• Jeana Lee Trevino was arrested on possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of North Second Street.

• Breanna Marie Russell was arrested on driving with a suspended driver’s license in the 600 block of South C Street.

• Ashley Nicole Sanford was arrested on an outside warrant in the 600 block of South C Street.

• Torri Lynn Bridges was arrested on driving with a suspended driver’s license, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Officers arrested Fernanda Gutierrez on minor in consumption of alcohol, and driving on a suspended license in the 600 block of West Taylor Avenue.

• Casey Taylor was arrested on an Arkansas City Municipal Court Warrant in the 600 block of South Summit Street.

• Domestic battery, 100 block of West 14th Avenue. Joyus Kosy and Minton Sioram, both of Winfield, were arrested.

• Criminal trespass, 900 block of East 19th Avenue. Randall Johnson, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Theft by deception, 1400 block of East Sixth Avenue. Hunter Reynolds, of Wichita, was the victim.

• Domestic battery, 1800 block of Cherry Street. Stephen Armstrong, of Winfield, was arrested.

• Theft, 1200 block of Menor Street. Roxanne Gregory, of Winfield, was the victim.

Monday, Nov. 8

• Hit and run motor vehicle accident. Lift Services of Winfield was the victim in the 900 block of East Eighth Avenue.

• Non-injury motor vehicle accident. Tracy Eaton of Jamestown was involved at the intersection of Ninth Avenue and College Street when he struck a utility pole.

• Hit and run motor vehicle accident. Marilyn Brandt of Wichita was the victim in the 600 block of East Third Avenue.

• Criminal damage to property. Ernest Weiss of Winfield was the victim in the 1300 block of Manning Street.

• Driving while suspended. Omah Reid of Winfield was cited and arrested in the 1900 block of Andrews Street.
