• Non-injury motor vehicle accident. Coby Kennedy and Marilyn Humphries, both of Winfield, were involved in the intersection of East Ninth Avenue and Harter Street.

• Injury motor vehicle accident, Crimston Mann and Martha Ham, both of Winfield, were involved in the intersection of East 19th Avenue and Wheat Road. Crimston Mann was cited on no driver’s license, expired tag, failure to stop at a stop sign and no insurance. Martha Ham was cited on no driver’s license.

• Warrant. Gregory May of Winfield was arrested in the 1200 block of Fuller Street

Friday, Nov. 5

• Warrant, 200 block of West 10th Avenue. Austin Ingram, of Winfield, was arrested.

• Domestic battery and interference with a law enforcement officer, 300 block of East Fourth Avenue. Nike Phankonham, of Winfield, was arrested.

• Obstructing apprehension, 300 block of East Fourth Avenue. Brieseida Torrez, of Winfield, was arrested.

• Aggravated assault, 1100 block of West Ninth Avenue. Anthony Gilstrap, of Guyton, Ga., was arrested.

Saturday, Nov. 6

• Battery, 100 block of North Massachusetts Street. Johnny Manivong and Cassandra Manivong, both of Winfield, were the victims. Nicholas Leonard, of Winfield, was arrested.

• Burglary, 1500 block of Ann Street. Serany Lange, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Theft, 2200 block of Pike Road. Jamie Steele, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Hit and run motor vehicle accident, 1300 block of Andrews Street. Sandra Flottman, of Winfield, was the victim.

• Burglary, 1100 block of West Ninth Avenue. Ronda Glover, of Fort Scott, was the victim.
