ACMS Food Drive

Arkansas City Middle School students recently collected 17,056 food items for the annual Richard Potterton Food Drive, which is 2,570 more than last year. Items will be distributed to Angels in the Attic and Manna Ministries to help support Ark City families during the holiday season and beyond. The sixth grade collected the most for first place. Georgia Behrens was the student who collected the most with 841 items. The following students collected more than 500 items and got to pie a teacher of their choice in the face: Georgia Behrens — Ms. Musselman; Ester Ixparpuac — Mr. Shimanek; Abigail Bowker — Mr. Wilson; Jaycie Larson — Mr. Soule; Natalie Fleig — Mr. Fleig; Austin Schwartz — Mr. Phillips.
