Legacy donates

Soroptimist International of Arkansas City recently received a $2,600 check from Yazmin Wood of the Legacy Foundation on behalf of Power of the Purse, a local philanthropic group. Power of the Purse has supported the Ark City Soroptimist for several years. The grant will fund the annual Sock Pocket Plus project held by soroptimists at Wilson Park.
