Cowley County Sheriff deputies investigate reported vandalism Sunday afternoon of a billboard north of Arkansas City along U.S. 77 that occurred sometime during the weekend. A 'MAGA (Make America Great Again) Vote Republican' billboard was covered mostly in a blue paint, with ‘Resist’ and ‘BLM’ written over it. The sign sits west of the highway just north of 248 Road.
