Winfield Middle School secretary Gail Bailey was honored at Monday night’s Winfield Board of Education meeting as one of the district’s November Guiding Stars. Bailey was nominated by a staff member at WMS. With her are board president Ed Trimmer and Superintendent Nathan Reed.
