Keegan Alan Moore, 21, of Winfield, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021.
Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 6 at First United Methodist Church, 2448 Edgemont Dr., in Arkansas City. The Rev. Stephanie Wall-Brown will officiate. Burial will follow in Parker Cemetery. Friends can greet the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home and Crematory.
A memorial has been established for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions can be made through the funeral home.

Keegan was born May 15, 1999 to Doster J. Owen and Belinda J. (Moore) Allen in Winfield. He grew and attended schools in Winfield, graduating from Winfield High School in 2018. After high school he attended Wichita State University Technical College.
Keegan recently earned his CDL and worked as a truck driver for Two Rivers Co-Op. He had a passion for working on cars, especially old cars and Ford trucks. He was also an avid Green Bay Packers fan and never missed a game. Keegan was a longtime member of the Boy Scouts Troop 328, where he earned Life Scout. He was only two merits away from earning Eagle Scout. Most of all, Keegan loved his family dearly and cherished his time with them.
Keegan was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Charissa Owen; stepmother, Brandi Owen; and maternal great-grandparents, Corky and Virgil Davis.
Survivors include his mother, Belinda Allen and husband, Kevin, of Arkansas City; father, Doster Owen and fiancé, Siobhan Callanan, of Oxford, Miss.; siblings, Ayla and Maycie Allen, of Arkansas City, Kaitlyn, Emilie and Madeline, of Waynesfield, Ohio, Sydney Owen, of Oxford, Miss., and Ethan and Ty Owen, of Arkansas City; maternal grandparents, Jeff and DeeDee Moore, of San Antonio, Texas; paternal grandfather, James Owen, of Burden; grandparents, Lewis and Bonnie Allen, and great-grandparents, Jim and Neila Owen, all of Arkansas City; aunt, Alyssa Joseph and husband, Anthony, of San Antonio, Texas; cousins, Jax and Adalynne Joseph, of San Antonio, Texas; and his golden retriever and best buddy, Scout.
