Larry VanVickle

He was born April 14, 1943 to Wayne and Fern (Gamble) VanVickle in Chanute. Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He was a retired painter at Cessna, having served 40 years, and also served in the National Guard. His hobbies included building clocks, singing at church and his time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, LeAnn Crow, in 2012; granddaughters, Meriah and Tia Shepherd; and stepfather, David Fraser.

Larry is survived by his wife of 56 years, Vevia (Spangler) VanVickle; son, Bob VanVickle; grandchildren, Deambra (Brian) Ricke, Kelsey (Logan) Pappenfort, Christopher Crow, and Jillian (Cole) Seitz; great-grandchildren, Carter, Beckett, Lincoln, Teagan, Lillian, Taelyn, and Thea; sister, Ila Bush; and numerous other relatives and friends.
