Born on March 27, 1983, the youngest of five siblings, Katherine grew up on a farm near Oxford. She graduated from Oxford High School in 2001 and attended cosmetology school. Katherine met her husband, Tim Oropallo, while on vacation in Hawaii, where they resided for a short time after marriage.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Oropallo; their two children, FinnLee and Gunner; her parents, Phillip and Rose Mary Kreidler; her sisters, Amy Kreidler (Jay Nordeen), Jenny Ross (Joey Ross), and Rebecca Hertzel (Tim Hertzel); her brother, Justin Kreidler; and her many nieces and nephews, in-laws, and many friends and loved ones.
