The Southwestern College baseball team was roughed up for 10 runs in the final two innings of a 16-4 loss Monday against No. 23-ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan at the Broadway Sports Complex.
The Eagles (33-14, 19-11 KCAC) led 6-2 before scoring six runs in the top of the sixth and four more in the seventh.
Southwestern starter Dylan Navarrette gave up five runs, three earned, on five hits and six walks in 3 2/3 innings. The bullpen allowed 11 runs on 10 hits and five walks.
Joseph Finder went 3 for 3 with a pair of doubles, a walk, a run and an RBI for the Builders (8-38, 2-28). Noah Prince doubled twice and drove in three, and Tyler Seboldt added two hits, but Southwestern was outhit 15-11.
Drenis Ozuna hit a three-run homer in the sixth and Nicholas Chavez added a two-run shot in the seventh for Oklahoma Wesleyan.
The Builders end the season with a three-game series Friday and Saturday at home against Avila, starting with a single game at 3 p.m. Friday, with a 1 p.m. twinbill Saturday.
