Tigers land four on All-Region team; two garner Gold Glove honors

Fresh off its fifth place finish at the JUCO World Series, the Cowley College baseball team had four players named to the All-Region team. The Tigers also had a pair of players named recipients of the Region VI Gold Glove at their position.

Outfielder Janson Reeder (.415 average, 12 home runs, 80 RBI) and pitcher J'Briell Easley (9-1, 4.63 earned run average) were named First Team All-Region selections. While, catcher Gus Freeman (.398 average, 47 RBI) and outfielder Bryce Madron (.415 average, 63 RBI) were named to the Second Team.

Madron was also rewarded for his stellar play in the outfield by being named a Region VI Gold Glove recipient as was Tiger first baseman Michelle Artzberger. Madron committed only one error while contributing six outfield assists, while Artzberger had a fielding percentage of .994.
