The Winfield High School football team was held to one touchdown Friday night in a 16-7 loss to Buhler at Richard L. Jantz Stadium.

The Vikings scored on a 3-yard touchdown run by senior tailback Ar'mon Acosta with 3:14 left in the first half to cut Buhler's lead to 12-7 at halftime. But the Crusaders shut out Winfield in the second half.

Buhler amassed 331 yards of total offense and forced four turnovers.

Acosta finished with 85 yards on 21 carries.
